What to expect during installation
This service runs 445 MINUTES and is priced at $280. Expect an initial consultation to confirm length, parting and overall look before installation begins. Installation time reflects small-to-medium Havana twists to mid-back length; exact timing can vary with hair preparation needs that we will assess during your appointment.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking; appointments are not confirmed without it and may be canceled if not received. If your natural hair is very short or requires additional preparation, an extra $50 fee may apply regardless of the braid size chosen.
Hair and materials required
This Mid-Back service requires two packs of 42-inch Expression hair plus two packs of 52-inch Expression hair. You may bring your own hair to the appointment for assessment, or purchase hair from the salon at $5 per pack to meet the requirement.
If you arrive without sufficient length or we determine additional prep is needed during the consultation, the $50 additional preparation fee may be charged. The remaining balance for the $280 service is due in cash at the end of the appointment.
Scheduling, deposit and payment
To hold your appointment a non-refundable $50 deposit is required; appointments will not be confirmed until the deposit is received and may be canceled otherwise. Deposits apply toward the $280 service price. Please note the remaining balance must be paid in cash at the salon on the day of service.
Alice African braids and locs is located in West Fayetteville / Cliffdale near Murchison Road and Skibo Road retail corridors, convenient for clients commuting to Fort Liberty. We serve Fayetteville, Hope Mills, Spring Lake, Fort Liberty, Eastover and Stedman—ideal for busy military families and commuters.
Aftercare and expected longevity
How long twists hold depends on hair growth, daily care and local climate. Fayetteville’s humid subtropical conditions—hot summers and occasional storms—can influence texture and hold. We’ll discuss how activity levels and seasonal humidity may affect styling longevity so you can plan touch-ups appropriately.
During your consultation we review realistic expectations and personalized care guidance based on your routine rather than promising specific outcomes. We will talk through maintenance considerations, timing for any retouching, and adjustments that accommodate commuting, work shifts, or travel to Fort Liberty.
